      资源简介:为了适应图像传感系统日益提高的性能需求,采用E2V公司的低噪声CMOS图像传感器设计一种的集成度高、灵活简便的成像电路。该成像电路由电源模块、驱动模块、数据处理模块、时序控制模块等组成。FPGA作为主控芯片产生所需的驱动时序和控制信号,上位机通过千兆以太网卡对成像系统进行采集和控制,最后对成像系统进行噪声和成像测试,试验结果表明,在室温的条件下,8ms积分时间系统的平均噪声为0.64LSB,可以满足需求。The imaging circuit With flexible , simply and high integration based on E2V' low-noise CMOS image sensor is designed to meet the increasing performance requirements on imaging system. This circuit of imaging system consists of power module, driver module, data processing module, timing control module and so on. FPGA is used as the main control chip to generate the required drive timing and control signals and the upper computer drive and control the imaging system through the gigabit Ethernet card. Finally, the noise and imaging tests are carried out, and the experimental result shows that the system average noise of the 8ms integration time is 0.64LSB at room temperatures and meets requirement.

The long cable's voltage drop is mainly affected by the load, length, cross section area of the cable and etc. In this paper, the equivalent circuit model was established to analyze the power supply of subsea production control systems, calculate the supply voltage as well as the cable section, and compare the voltage drops at different voltage levels and different cable cross sec- tions, and finally, to obtain the optimal power supply scheme.       资源简介:为提高蜗杆测量精度,设计了新的测量机测头数据采集电路。基于FPGA并采用自顶向下设计方法和Verilog HDL编程技术,设计了采集电路的逻辑控制模块。基于AD977设计了三通道模数转换电路,每通道由独立的模数转换器及其前端信号调理电路构成。FPGA与前端模数转换电路以及后端数据总线之间均设计了电平转换电路。对所设计电路在测量机上进行了综合噪声实际测试,结果表明所采集数据的样本标准差均低于0.5μm,达到了预期目的。The new data acquisition circuit of the probe was designed for improving the measurement accuracy of the worm on the gear measuring machine. The top-down design method was used in the FPGA implementation based on the Verilog HDL for the logic control module. The AD977 was adopted in analog -to-digital conversion circuit consisted of three independent channels and each channel contains an A/D converter and its signal disposal circuit. The level shift circuit was used in both the FPGA front-end interface with the A/D and the FPGA after-end interface with the data bus.       资源简介:采用高温熔融水淬的方法,制备了无铅低熔点耐酸玻璃粉,研究了化学组分及其含量对无铅玻璃耐酸性的影响。结果表明:当质量分数w(Bi2O3)为50%60%,w(B2O3)为10%12%,w(SiO2)为20%30%,w(Al2O3)为3%5%,w(Li2O)为1%3%时,可获得膨胀系数在(6575)×10–7/℃,软化点在480490℃,玻化温度在(600±10)℃,附着力优良,在质量分数5%的H2SO4中浸泡48 h,玻璃的光泽基本不变的无铅玻璃粉。Lead-free glass was synthesized through high-temperature melting, water quenching and grinding. The effect of the composition and content on the acid resistance property was researched. The results indicate that when the glass is synthesized with mass fraction of 50%-60% Bi2O3, 10%-12% B2O3, 20%-30% SiO2, 3%-5% Al2O3 and 1%-3% Li2O. The acid resistant and lower melting point lead-free glass is obtained, with the thermal expansion coefficient of(6575)×10–7/℃, the soften point of 480490 ℃, and the glass transition temperature of(600±10) ℃. Glassy luster is invariant after dipping in 5%(mass fraction) H2SO4 for 48 h.

      资源简介:以集成电路设计中应用较多的有障碍直角斯坦纳树为切入点,对模拟退火法和最小生成树法得到的斯坦纳树进行绕障碍优化,提出进一步缩减总体线长的方法。根据边与障碍的相交关系,对初始直角斯坦纳树进行分类,利用改变直角化方式和绕行障碍边界方式变化布线图;提出检测线路空U并对其进行缩进和变换的方法,清除冗余的线段,将现有斯坦纳树的总体线长缩短到更加接近最优的地步。Aiming at the right-angle Steiner tree with obstacles which is widely used in integrated circuit design,obstacles optimization was applied to two methods of Steiner tree generated using simulated annealing method and the minimum spanning tree method.A method was additionally proposed to reduce general circuit length.The relationship of initial right-angle Steiner tree and obstacle was sorted according to their position,wiring strategy was used by changing the way of right-angle line manners and going round obstacle boundary.The way of testing,intending and transforming the empty U was put forward,and the redundant line was removed,the general Steiner tree line's length was shortened to an optimal degree.

      资源简介:为提高负载动态响应特性,针对抽头电感同步整流Buck变换器所实现的大变比降压电路的特点,本文提出一种变结构电容电荷平衡辅助电路控制策略。所提出的控制策略根据电容电荷平衡原理,在负载发生变化时通过辅助电路改变主电路结构,使电感电流变化率适时变化,以克服恒压输出电力电子变换器负载突变时由于电感电流变化率受限而影响输出电容电压变化的不足。通过理论分析表明,所提出的控制策略辅助电路结构简单,无需增加磁性器件;控制逻辑能使变换器在负载扰动下实现快速的输出电容充放电平衡,具有较强的负载扰动抑制能力;控制方法具有快速动态响应、不影响稳态特性且过冲小等优点。仿真和实验结果验证了所提控制策略的有效性。To improve dynamic load response, a control strategy is proposed in this paper on the basis of capacitor charge balance theory that is aiming at structural features of the tapped inductor synchronous rectification Buck con- verter and the so called large ratio Buck converter.       资源简介:为解决工业设备中润滑油膜厚度不易测量的问题,以谐振模型和弹簧模型为理论依据,设计并制作了油膜厚度超声测量电路,其中包括脉冲发生与控制电路、超声激励电路和反射波接收电路。利用所设计的超声测量系统进行实验,完成了对油膜厚度的测量。测量结果的相对误差在5%以内,证明了所设计的测量电路和测量方法是可行的。This paper studies the ultrasonic measurement of oil-film thickness in order to solve the difficulty of film thickness measurement in industry. It also presents an ultrasonic measurement circuit which is used to obtain the lubricating film thickness, based on the resonance model and the spring model. The circuit consists of a pulse generator and controlling circuit, an ultrasonic excitation circuit and a reflected wave receiving circuit. The experiments are successfully made on measuring the film thickness in the designed circuits. As a result, the film-thickness values agree well with the actual thickness information, its relative error is less than 5%. The ultrasonic measurement circuit and the measurement method are proved to be practical.

For this problem, a storage-based resource scheduling algorithm, Intermediate Store and Transfer Schedule(ISTS) algorithm has been proposed in this paper. The simulation results show that, compared with TCS, ISTS algorithm can effectively improve the transmission success rate and link utilization.
