在双Buck逆变器的实际应用中,电感电流会存在很小的反向电流,因此大功率高压气体放电(HID)灯电子镇流器的开通损耗非常大,严重降低了系统可靠性。这里采用半桥双Buck准方波谐振变换器作为大功率HID灯电子镇流器的功率主电路。该变换器不仅无需设置死区时间,消除了输出波形畸变的问题,而且可实现所有开关管的零电压开通,降低电子镇流器的开通损耗。详细分析了电路各模态的工作过程。给出了零电压开通的约束条件和主要参数的计算,最后通过PSIM软件仿真和1kW电子镇流器的实验验证了理论的正确性。

In the practical applications of dual-Buck inverter,inductance current is small reverse current.So opening loss of high-power high intensity discharge (HID) lamps electronic ballast is very large, and the system reliability is severely reduced.Half-bridge dual-Buck quasi resonant converter as the power main circuit of high-power HID lamps electronic ballast is adopted.The converter does not need to set the dead time, and it also can eliminate the output waveform distortion problems and achieve all switches of zero-voltage open.Detailed analysis of the circuit during each mode of work, the constraint condition of zero-voltage open and the main parameters calculation are given.Finally ,the PSIM soft...
