基于余弦距离和超限学习机的模拟电路故障预测方法

文中提出了基于余弦距离和超限学习机的预测方法。通过提取被测电路电压信号,计算余弦距离,从而表征了电路元件的退化情况。同时,将超限学习机用于故障预测,预测各个时间点的元件退化情况并估计电路元件的剩余寿命。仿真实验表明,该方法能够有效、准确预测电路元件的剩余寿命。

An approach based on cosine distance and extreme learning machine was proposed in this paper.The voltage signals of the circuit under test were extracted.Then,the component degree of degradation was characterized through calculating the cosine distance.Meanwhile,the extreme learning machine was utilized to predict the trend of degradation degree trajectory with respect to time and estimate the remaining useful life of the circuit components.The simulation experiments show that the proposed method can effectively and accurately estimate remaining useful life of the circuit element.
